AI-generated outputs are produced using Customer Data and other available information solely to provide the Services.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or subject to limitations. Customers remain responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated outputs before acting upon them.


4. Data Processing Roles

For Customer Data processed through the Services:

  • The Customer acts as the Data Controller (or equivalent legal role under applicable law).
  • DeepChatBI acts as the Data Processor.

DeepChatBI processes Customer Data solely on behalf of and under the instructions of the Customer for the purpose of providing the Services.

Where required by law, DeepChatBI may provide a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) governing such processing activities.


5. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information to:

  • Cloud hosting
  • Infrastructure services
  • Monitoring and logging

9. App Uninstallation and Data Deletion

If you uninstall the DeepChatBI application from Shopify or disconnect your account from the Services:

  • Shopify may notify DeepChatBI through platform webhooks
  • Access to your Shopify store data will be revoked
  • We will cease collecting new store data
  • Customer Data will be deleted or anonymized within a commercially reasonable period unless retention is required by law, security obligations, dispute resolution requirements, or legitimate business purposes

Customers may contact us to request deletion of applicable information where permitted by law.


10. International Data Transfers

DeepChatBI may process and store information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

These jurisdictions may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.

Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
