- AI processing is performed only as necessary to deliver platform functionality

Only the minimum amount of information necessary to generate insights, recommendations, summaries, or reports is shared with AI providers.
Where appropriate, information may be:

Raw advertising and analytics data is not unnecessarily transmitted to AI providers.

Unless explicitly authorized by the user, DeepChatBI does not make irreversible business, financial, or advertising decisions on behalf of customers.
AI recommendations should be considered advisory in nature.

DeepChatBI uses secure cloud infrastructure providers to host and process customer data.
Customer data may be stored and processed using infrastructure operated by trusted service providers and other vendors utilized to support the platform.
All infrastructure providers are required to maintain appropriate security, confidentiality, and operational safeguards.

Users should independently evaluate recommendations before making business, advertising, operational, legal, or financial decisions.
