What's New in DeepChatBI 4.4

This release launches Alex, the AI digital teammate, and builds a Business & Ads Overview digital-teammate workbench: each day, instead of analyzing Meta Ads themselves, users first check whether their business is on track, then manage the AI like a professional media buyer — reviewing its work, approving key decisions, and letting the AI execute and review automatically.

1. AI Digital Teammate Launch: Business & Ads Overview

1.1 One-Sentence Summary and Global Context

  • The page shows global context: data sources (Shopify / Meta), data update date, comparison date (T-1), time zone, and currency.
  • Today's pending decisions are surfaced with the top 3 shown first, plus items already confirmed for execution.

1.2 Key Business Metric Cards

  • 4~6 key metrics are displayed: Sales / Revenue, Ad Spend, ROAS or MER, Orders, CPA / CAC, Profit / Contribution Margin.

1.3 Consolidated Workbench Entries

  • Add Data: shows connection progress with a guided dialog, supporting additional sources such as Amazon.
  • Business Dashboard: jumps directly to the Shopify dashboard.
  • Goals & Strategies: opens a side panel with tab 1 for entering goal and strategy data (the previous home-page custom strategy input moves here), and tab 2 for viewing and editing campaign rules — shown directly when only one ad channel is linked, with Google Ads / Meta Ads sub-tabs when both are linked.
  • AI Execution Permissions: opens the auto-optimize side panel to view and configure available operations by AI Operation Plane / Data Dimension.
  • Chat with Alex: jumps to the chat page for natural-language analysis of business and ads questions.

2. Today's To-do: Pending Decisions

2.1 Cards and Interaction

  • Two tabs — Ad Decision Approval and Ad Creation Approval — let users review the corresponding to-dos separately.
  • More than one card stacks vertically and expands in sequence when hovered, showing up to 3 cards; the remaining cards open via the Show 2 More button at the bottom left.
  • When nothing is pending, a fallback card shows the message "No pending decisions".

2.2 Approval Actions

  • Approve: triggers an in-place tooltip for second confirmation.
  • Approve with changes: for numeric adjustments (e.g., budget), supports editing the value before approval and submission; the adjusted budget takes effect and syncs to the corresponding system.
  • Decline: opens a dialog to submit a reason and feedback (keep current delivery under observation / other promotion plans / insufficient evidence / other), helping Alex refine future strategy.
  • View All: jumps to the full list of pending decisions.

2.3 Upgraded Evidence Panel

  • The previous "Action & Status" module is removed; the panel now shows the matched rule, expected impact, and the projected impact of not executing.
  • Based on the time window configured for the entity, the panel shows the corresponding evaluation-cycle copy: review permissions, data freshness, and inventory before execution; verify platform budget after execution; watch risks at 24h, initial review at 72h, review at 7d; failures keep reasons and a retry entry.

3. Secondary Page: Performance Review

  • The entry only exists from the home page; the top navigation path is updated and the legacy PWM menu is removed.
  • The Action history list shows data within the selected date range; ad-creation actions are added to the Meta Ads list with a new category.

Benefits of This Release

  • Less decision fatigue: check whether business and ads are on track first each day; the AI surfaces a prioritized to-do list and one-click approval executes.
  • More efficient management: no per-campaign checks — manage the AI like a professional media buyer.
  • Transparent reasoning: every action explains why, backed by data evidence, rules, execution records, and outcome reviews.
  • Smarter execution: decisions combine Shopify and Meta data, optimizing not only ad metrics but also sales, inventory, profit, and business goals.
